Located in the strategically important Emirate of Dubai, Nicobond has joined forces with an internationally renowned producer to manufacture under licence a high quality range of Tiling, Grouting, Flooring and Ancillary products. Situated in Jebel Ali it affords easy access to its close neighbours Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman as well as close proximity to other territories in the Arabian Gulf. This commitment enables Nicobond to react quickly and fulfil orders from the region speedily and efficiently.
The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant has a multitude of manufacturing capabilities and produces high quality, polymer modified, cementitious construction materials as well as other building related products to the same exacting standards which Nicobond is renowned for. The plant is equipped with the latest European technology to produce a wide range of Nicobond products.
Our raw materials are selected only from proven sources which can guarantee us consistent quality and reliability. State-of-the-art high quality additives are imported from leading international suppliers to ensure consistent performance for all of our products.
Products are manufactured and produced wholly in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Management System. In addition, all product manufacturing is subject to our own stringent in-house quality control system to monitor product quality, to ensure full compliance with the relevant standards and specifications. Due to the superior performance and consistent quality, Nicobond products are approved and used by a wide range of government departments and private developers in the region. The factory produces many low VOC tiling products which conform with the standard specification AL SA'FAT DUBAI GREEN BUILDING EVALUATION SYSTEM.
Our dedicated team of engineers and material experts, utilising our modern laboratory facilities, continue a program of research and development to bring new products to market through extensive research and a strong understanding of local application conditions and constraints. Hence, it can develop and provide suitable premixed construction materials for a wide range of applications, including tailor made products to suit the bespoke requirements of Nicobond’s customers.
Working very closely with our distributors, we draw on a pool of highly experienced material specialists, technical staff and sales engineers to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate product for their needs. In addition, on-site support for product applications and other technical issues will be provided to ensure customer satisfaction and proper use of the products.
